Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused hemp products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
